Mouse Anti-Human γ (gamma) Heavy Chain Monoclonal Antibody (mAb0070) by Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology

The mAb0070 is a hybridoma antibody generated by immunizing mice with purified human IgG antibody protein; its heavy and light chain isotypes are γ1 and κ, respectively. This monoclonal antibody specifically binds to the heavy chain Fc region of human IgG antibodies (γ1–4) and exhibits no cross-reactivity with human IgM, IgA, or IgE, nor with human antibody light chains (κ or λ) (Fig. 1, 2).

When employed as an enzyme-labeled secondary antibody in a human IgG indirect ELISA system (Fig. 3), this monoclonal antibody demonstrates the advantages of low background and a high signal-to-noise ratio (Tab. 1), making it suitable for the determination of human IgG antibody titers following vaccination or during the convalescent phase of infectious diseases.
