Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin C2
Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is an important pathogen causing foodborne infectious diseases. Among its many pathogenic factors, enterotoxin (SE), which can cause acute gastroenteritis clinically, is the most potent. Based on antigenicity, SEs can be divided into several serotypes, including SEA, SEB, SEC, SED, and SEE. SEC can be further divided into three subtypes: SEC1, SEC2, and SEC3. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. provides natural Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin C2 (nSEC2), which can be supplied as a research raw material to immunodiagnostic reagent companies.

Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is an important pathogen causing foodborne infectious diseases. Based on antigenicity, SEs can be divided into several serotypes, including SEA, SEB, SEC, SED, and SEE. SEC can be further divided into three subtypes: SEC1, SEC2, and SEC3. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. provides native Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin C2 (nSEC2), which can be supplied as a research raw material to immunodiagnostic reagent companies.
The aforementioned native SEC2 is purified from Staphylococcus aureus culture supernatant with a purity of over 95% (Figure 1), and is dissolved in 0.01M, pH 7.3 PBS. The results of the detection of this natural protein using the r-biopharm Staphylococcus aureus intestinal typing ELISA kit (Ridascreen set A, B, C, D, E, Art NO: R4101) showed that it had extremely high specificity and purity (Table 1).
