非洲猪瘟（African Swine Fever, ASF）是近年来输入我国一烈性传染病，对我国养猪业造成重大影响。感染非洲猪瘟病毒（African Swine Fever Virus, ASFV）后，猪群由于缺乏特异性临床症状，与其它传染病不易区分，严重依赖实验室诊断。
大量研究表明，ASFV基因组编码的VP30（viral protein 30, VP30）蛋白具有病原体特异性，是实验室诊断的候选靶标分子之一。南京妙迪生物科技有限公司研发了VP30重组抗原及其配对单抗，作为研发原材料提供给免疫学诊断试剂企业。该重组抗原以国内ASFV分离株的基因序列为模板，利用基因重组技术，在大肠杆菌系统中可溶性表达并纯化（图1）。前期的实验结果表明，该蛋白在免疫学诊断试剂中如ELISA和胶体金等，表现了良好的特异性和敏感度。
