Recombinant Human Heat Shock Protein 90alpha (Hsp90α)
Recombinant Human Heat Shock Protein 90alpha (Hsp90α) is a highly conserved molecular chaperone, typically expressed in E. coli or mammalian cells, essential for protein folding, stability, and signal transduction. It exists as a dimer (~100-150 kDa on SDS-PAGE, ~86-87 kDa theoretical) and is widely used in studying conformational dynamics, ATPase activity, and cell stress responses.
Details
Heat shock protein 90 alpha (HSP90alpha) is a cytoplasmic protein first discovered in 1992. In 2016, the China Food and Drug Administration approved plasma HSP90alpha as a biomarker for liver cancer.
Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has expressed and purified human HSP90alpha using an E. coli expression system with a purity greater than 90% (Fig. 1). It can be provided as a research and development raw material to immunological diagnostic reagent companies and research institutions.
