Kelch-like ECH-associated protein 1 (Keap1) is the substrate recognition subunit of E3 ubiquitin ligases. Its C-terminal cysteine residues can be modified in a ROS-dependent manner, playing an important role in protein ubiquitination. As a positive prognostic factor, it plays a crucial regulatory role in cell proliferation, apoptosis, and cell cycle transition in breast cancer. KEAP1 can serve as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target for breast cancer treatment. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has expressed and purified human Keap1 (UniProt ID: 4iqk) using an E. coli expression system with a purity greater than 90% (Fig. 1), which can be provided as a raw material for research and development to immunological diagnostic reagent companies and research institutions.
