Details
Mice were immunized with recombinant NS1 protein expressed in eukaryotes to prepare and screen paired monoclonal antibodies against NS1 protein. The sensitivity reached 2.0 ng/ml (recombinant NS1 antigen), and there was no cross-contamination with vector-borne pathogens such as Zika virus, dengue virus, and chikungunya virus. These antibodies can be used in the development of ELISA and immunochromatographic assay reagents. Early diagnosis can be achieved by detecting free NS1 antigen in the serum of patients during the acute phase.
