Rift Valley fever virus NP paired monoclonal antibody
Rift Valley fever (RVF) is a significant and serious viral infectious disease caused by the Rift Valley fever virus (RVFV), which seriously affects public health and animal safety. RVFV belongs to the genus Phlebovirus in the family Bunyaviridae, and is primarily transmitted by mosquitoes. RVFV is currently prevalent in Africa and West Asia. Given the presence of suitable vectors, climate conditions, and susceptible populations (and animals) in my country, there is a possibility of further spread of the virus in the country.

Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has specially provided monoclonal antibodies prepared by immunizing mice with this antigen. Three antibody pairs were obtained, all with sensitivities reaching 2.0-3.0 ng/ml. No cross-contamination was observed with hantavirus, febrile thrombocytopenic purpura virus, Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever virus, or chikungunya virus. These antibodies can be supplied as raw materials for immunological diagnostic reagent companies.
