House dust mite type II allergen (Derf2) monoclonal antibody
Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. expressed and purified the Dermatophagoides farinae group 2 major allergen (Derf2) using an E. coli expression system, achieving a purity greater than 98% (Fig. 1), and without any tag. Using this recombinant protein as an immunogen to immunize mice, multiple monoclonal antibodies were prepared, which can be provided as raw materials for immunological diagnostic reagent companies and research institutions.
