*Cryptomeria japonica* (Cry j) pollen allergens constitute one of the leading causes of allergic diseases worldwide. To date, several allergens—including Cry j 1, Cry j 2, Cry j 3, CJP-6, CJP-4, CJP-8, and CPA9—have been successfully isolated, purified, and identified. Furthermore, some of these allergenic protein components exist in multiple isomeric forms, resulting in a highly complex compositional profile for *C. japonica* pollen allergens; among these, Cry j 1 and Cry j 2 are currently recognized as the primary allergenic protein components. Additionally, Cry j 1 serves as a critical target analyte for assessing the pollen-blocking efficacy of textile products. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. immunized mice using natural Cry j 1 protein; following multiple rounds of rigorous validation, the company successfully established three matched pairs of monoclonal antibodies. These antibody pairs demonstrate detection sensitivities of less than 1 ng/mL and are available as raw materials for R&D purposes to manufacturers of immunodiagnostic reagents and scientific research institutions.
