Staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) is a group of exotoxins secreted by Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). It is the most common pathogen causing food poisoning, and serotypes such as SEA, SEB, SEC, SED, and SEE can cause significant clinical symptoms. SEC can be further divided into three subtypes: SEC1, SEC2, and SEC3. This paired monoclonal antibody was obtained by immunizing mice with purified SEC antigen and undergoing multiple rounds of screening and identification. It has the following characteristics: 1. It has extremely strong binding specificity. The double antibody sandwich ELISA composed of this paired monoclonal antibody binds only to natural SEC (Figure 1) and does not bind to natural SEA, natural SEB, natural SED, or natural SEE; 2. It has high sensitivity, showing a sensitivity of 1.0 ng/ml on the double antibody sandwich ELISA (the sandwich material is natural SEC, Table 1); 3. This paired monoclonal antibody is suitable for detection platforms such as ELISA and colloidal gold.
