Staphylococcus aureus enterotoxin D
Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is an important pathogen causing foodborne infectious diseases. Among its many pathogenic agents, enterotoxin (Staphylococcal Enterotoxin, SE), which can cause acute gastroenteritis in clinical practice, is the most potent. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. provides natural Staphylococcal Enterotoxin D (nSED) as a raw material for immunological diagnostic reagent companies.

Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) is an important pathogen causing foodborne infectious diseases. Among its many pathogenic factors, enterotoxin (Staphylococcal Enterotoxin, SE), which can cause acute gastroenteritis clinically, is the most potent. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. provides native Staphylococcal Enterotoxin D (nSED), which can be supplied as a research raw material to immunodiagnostic reagent companies.
The aforementioned natural SED was purified from the culture supernatant of Staphylococcus aureus, with a purity of over 95% (Figure 1). It has been identified by mass spectrometry and dissolved in 0.01M, pH 7.3 PBS. The results of detection using the r-biopharm Staphylococcus aureus intestinal typing ELISA kit (Ridascreen set A, B, C, D, E, Art NO: R4101) showed that this natural protein has extremely high specificity and purity (Table 1).
