Staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) is a group of exotoxins secreted by Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). It is the most common pathogen causing food poisoning, and serotypes such as SEA, SEB, SEC, SED, and SEE can cause obvious clinical symptoms. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. provides paired monoclonal antibodies for SED, which can be supplied to immunodiagnostic reagent companies as raw materials for research and development. This paired monoclonal antibody was obtained by immunizing mice with purified SED antigen and undergoing multiple rounds of screening and identification. It has the following characteristics: 1. It has extremely strong binding specificity. The double-antibody sandwich ELISA composed of this paired monoclonal antibody binds only to natural SED (Figure 1) and does not bind to natural SEA, natural SEB, natural SEC, or natural SEE; 2. It has high sensitivity, showing a sensitivity of 0.5-1.0 ng/ml on the double-antibody sandwich ELISA (the sandwich material is natural SED, Table 1); 3. This paired monoclonal antibody is suitable for detection platforms such as ELISA and colloidal gold.
