Plague is a highly contagious and deadly infectious disease caused by *Yersinia pestis*, characterized by rapid onset, high infectivity, and high mortality, posing a serious threat to human health. On July 5, 2020, Bayannur, Inner Mongolia, confirmed one case of bubonic plague and issued a Level III plague warning on the same day! In recent years, plague has shown a resurgence trend. In 1994, India reported an outbreak of plague with 876 cases and 54 deaths. In August 2017, Madagascar experienced the worst pneumonic plague outbreak in 25 years. In 2019, China reported 5 cases of plague and 1 death. Timely diagnosis is crucial for plague prevention and control.

Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. can provide recombinant F1 protein of *Yersinia pestis* (Fig. 1) and paired monoclonal antibodies against F1 as raw materials for immunodiagnostic reagent companies, for use in the development of immunological reagents such as colloidal gold and ELISA (Fig. 2).
