Staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) is a group of exotoxins secreted by Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). It is the most common pathogen causing food poisoning, with serotypes such as SEA, SEB, SEC, SED, and SEE causing significant clinical symptoms. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. provides paired monoclonal antibodies against SEE, which can be supplied as raw materials to immunodiagnostic reagent companies. These paired monoclonal antibodies were obtained by immunizing mice with purified SEE antigen and undergoing multiple rounds of screening and identification. They possess the following characteristics: 1. Extremely strong binding specificity: the double-antibody sandwich ELISA composed of these paired monoclonal antibodies binds only to natural SEE (Figure 1), and does not bind to natural SEB, natural SEC, natural SED, or natural SEA; 2. High sensitivity: the sensitivity shown on the double-antibody sandwich ELISA is 1 ng/ml (the sandwich material is natural SEE, Table 1); 3. These paired monoclonal antibodies are suitable for ELISA and colloidal gold detection platforms.
