House dust mite type II allergen (Derf2) quantitative detection kit (ELISA)
This kit targets house dust mite type II allergen (Dermatophagoides farinae group 2 major allergen, Derf2). It uses an anti-Derf2 antibody as the capture antibody to coat the ELISA plate and a biotinylated anti-Derf2 antibody as the detection antibody. A biotin/SA amplification system is also included to construct a dual-antibody sandwich ELISA detection system. The effective Derf2 concentration is determined by detecting the Derf2 content in the sample and fitting the result to a standard curve.
Details
This kit targets house dust mite type II allergen (Dermatophagoides farinae group 2 major allergen, Derf2). It uses an anti-Derf2 antibody as the capture antibody to coat the ELISA plate and a biotinylated anti-Derf2 antibody as the detection antibody. A biotin/SA amplification system is also included to construct a double-antibody sandwich ELISA detection system. The effective Derf2 content is determined by detecting the Derf2 level in the sample and fitting it to a standard curve. The quantification of Derf2 in fabrics allows for the evaluation of the anti-mite effect of textiles.
