Staphylococcal enterotoxin (SE) is a group of exotoxins secreted by Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus). It is the most common pathogen causing food poisoning, with serotypes such as SEA, SEB, SEC, SED, and SEE causing significant clinical symptoms. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. provides a paired monoclonal antibody for SEA, which can be supplied as a research raw material to immunodiagnostic reagent companies. This paired monoclonal antibody was obtained by immunizing mice with purified SEA antigen and undergoing multiple rounds of screening and identification. It has the following characteristics: 1. It has extremely strong binding specificity; the double-antibody sandwich ELISA composed of this paired monoclonal antibody binds only to natural SEA (Figure 1), and does not bind to natural SEB, natural SEC, natural SED, or natural SEE; 2. It has high sensitivity, showing a sensitivity of 1.0 ng/ml on the double-antibody sandwich ELISA (sandwich material is natural SEA, Table 1); 3. This paired monoclonal antibody is suitable for detection platforms such as ELISA and colloidal gold.
