Anthrax LF/PA monoclonal antibody

Anthrax is a highly contagious zoonotic disease that can cause systemic infection and has a high mortality rate. Bacillus anthracis is the causative agent of anthrax, and its main pathogenic factors include the bacterial capsule and anthrax toxin. The latter is encoded by plasmid pXO1 and includes three components: the protective antigen PA, the lethal factor LF, and the edema factor EF.

Anthrax is a highly contagious zoonotic disease that can cause systemic infection and has a high mortality rate. Bacillus anthracis is the causative agent of anthrax. Its main pathogenic factors include the bacterial capsule and anthrax toxin, the latter encoded by plasmid pXO1, which includes three components: the protective antigen PA, the lethal factor LF, and the edema factor EF. Nanjing Miaodi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. has provided five LF-specific monoclonal antibody strains, two of which are compatible (MAb0071/MAb0073, for ELISA and colloidal gold platforms). There are also three PA-specific monoclonal antibody strains, two of which are compatible (MAb0088/MAb0087, for colloidal gold platforms). All of these monoclonal antibodies have undergone thorough pathogen validation.
